Cancellation and Modification:

  • Personalized Orders: Personalized orders are processed immediately upon completion, making it challenging to make adjustments. Please carefully review all details before finalizing your order.

  • Holiday Season Modifications: During the holiday season, modification requests may lead to slightly longer delivery times, but we always strive to process changes promptly.

Replacement or Refund:

We take responsibility for the following situations within 30 days from the arrival of your order:

  • If the product(s) have been damaged, crashed, or are faulty.
  • If the product(s) received do not match what you ordered from our store.

In such cases, you have the option to either REPLACE the item or receive a REFUND. Please contact us at contact@leblanca.com with a picture of the product to initiate the process.

Replacement with a Small Fee:

In certain situations, a replacement can be sent with a nominal fee compared to the original price. These situations include:

  • Receiving the wrong item, design, or size due to incorrectly customized input.
  • A shipping address that was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
